Commercial buildings come in all manner, shape, size, & condition; from small neighborhood strip mall to large industrial park complex. HVAC equipment, roofing, structure, drainage, parking, electrical service adequacy, and interior finish components all must be weighed against the proposed use of the building. If you are interested in a commercial building inspection, please contact our office so that we may discuss your specific needs with you and propose an appropriate inspection and report. Often, it is necessary to bring in and coordinate the services of multiple other technicians or experts depending on the type and size of the building & its proposed use. We have a stable of licensed technicians, tradesman, and engineers that we call on periodically for help in inspecting and analyzing commercial buildings.
In 2007, Access Family Health Centers had expanded from a few inner City walk in clinics, to a large health care provider with dozens of satellite offices and clinics spread out over the entire metro area.
Access contracted with me to perform inspections and property condition reports on 25 of their properties, ranging from brand new medical facilities to renovated century old properties converted to medical use. The reports gave management the tools for critical review with a consistent model of information. My reports rely heavily on photo documentation of conditions, allowing building managers to understand immediately the issues and concerns of any particular building.
